DPI Health and Wellness
Know the Difference:
Cold or Flu

So you wake up in the morning coughing, sneezing, achy, and feverish, how do you know if you have the flu or a cold?  It is important to know the difference between the flu and cold symptoms.  A cold is a mild respiratory illness.  While cold symptoms can make you feel bad for a few days, the flu can make you feel ill for a few days to weeks.  The flu can also result in serious health problems such as pneumonia.
