BASQUIAT BEFORE BASQUIAT: East 12th Street, 1979-1980

The exhibition includes the entire cache of works made by Jean-Michel Basquiat during the year he lived in a small apartment in the East Village. This archival material provides rare insight into his artistic life before he was recognized as a prominent painter in the early 1980s.

Keith Haring: The End of the Line

This exhibition arrives 30 years after Keith Haring created his landmark temporary mural at the Museum in 1987. He considered that project one of his best, and it marked a new direction in his visual language that continued until his untimely death in 1990 at the age of 31.

HUB Reading Intervention Volunteer Program

Horizons-Upward Bound (HUB) is seeking volunteers from the community to explore reading with our students during our SISTER (Strongly Impacting Sisters Through Exciting Reading) program. The SISTER program will allow students to practice their oral reading fluency.

Explore the wide variety of camps offered, from traditional camps to specialty camps in art, jazz, theatre, writing, robotics, and STEM. Our new STEM Day Camp is one of a handful of camps in the nation offering STEM camp modules developed by the Edgerton Center at MIT.
