10-11 AM

Fear of falling can statistically increase a person's risk for a fall. Many people are so afraid, they actually cut back on activities they enjoy. This can dramatically reduce social interaction and quality of life.

Good news! This short, interactive (and fun!) workshop, led by Kate Kunk of the Central Indiana Council on Aging (CICOA), covers simple changes and exercises that can reduce falling risks.

Please wear comfortable clothing.
