New e-Learning for policyholders offers free employee training and recordkeeping

Later this week, Texas Mutual is introducing a brand new learning management tool for policyholders, called e-Learning.

Through e-Learning, your Texas Mutual clients  can assign safety training courses from our course catalog containing 200 new, modern safety training videos accompanied by quizzes.

After registering employees, policyholders will begin by assigning courses to their workers, who can then access the courses through our learner training portal. Employers can also  post training announcements for workers, view scores, see completion statuses and more.

Employers also have  free recordkeeping for all courses completed through e-Learning for as long as they are a Texas Mutual  policyholder. This can assist with fulfilling OSHA reporting requirements as well as maintaining their company's own training records.

Beginning Friday, January 27, policyholders can access e-Learning by logging in to  texasmutual.com and clicking the Safety Resources tab. There, they will find a new Safety Resource Center Dashboard with tabs for e-Learning, safety resources, safety group information (if applicable), and more. As an agent, your safety resources tab will maintain the same look and feel you currently see, but you can preview the new policyholder dashboard in the image above.

To help you share this exciting new tool with clients and prospective policyholders, click here or see the link below for our e-Learning marketing sheet. Policyholders who would like assistance with e-Learning can call our safety services support  center at 844-WORKSAFE.

Paperless loss run reports

Next month, Texas Mutual will adopt a paperless approach for loss run reports, which are always available online at texasmutual.com. This change will lessen our environmental impact while also encouraging policyholders to utilize other in-depth reports in addition to loss runs.

Loss runs, user-friendly loss analysis reports, and loss data download in Excel format can be accessed on demand by you and your Texas Mutual clients by simply logging in to our website

As an agent, you can view these reports for all your Texas Mutual clients by choosing the Loss Runs & Claims tab after login, then selecting a client whose data you would like to view. Your Texas Mutual clients can access their own reports under the Loss Runs & Claims tab after logging in as well.
