MMC-Preble Street Learning Collaborative Opens Its Doors
to Care for Portland's Homeless

This month the MMC-Preble Street Learning Collaborative
(the Collaborative) opened its doors at 20 Portland Street in Portland. A two-year project in the making, the Collaborative is a program designed in close collaboration with MMC Homeless Health Partners to bridge identified gaps in health care
