If you are not up to date on tuition, and have not spoken to me about making payment arrangements, your child will not be receiving a costume. There are no costume refunds, if you decide to withdraw your child from our program,

All costume money IS PAST DUE!

The total cost for each costume is $65.00, unless your child is a middle school or high school dancer. The total cost for this costume is $135.
You may mail your payments to:

Costume Measurements
All students have been measured for costumes. Although rare, alterations are sometimes need after the costumes have been distributed and are the sole responsibility of the student’s parent or guardian.
Tuition is due the 1st class of each month, late after the 10th! You can pay online each month, or send a check to PO BOX 8141, Mobile, AL 36689.

Tuition does not include a recital costume. Costume payments are past due!

You will not receive a monthly invoice.
After the 10th, a $15 late fee per month will be applied. Please make sure you pay on time each month to avoid late fees.
If you have not paid your tuition, please pay before the first dance class.
Every year, one of the highlights of our recital is the beautiful keepsake program book that showcases our studio and students. Each family is encouraged to support their dancer by buying or selling an ad that can include a picture, words of wisdom, best wishes, or congratulations. Ask your family, friends, grandparents, aunts, uncles and local businesses to sponsor a picture page for your dancer. Students can be pictured together with a fellow dancer and the families can share the expense. Students can also purchase more than one ad. Make your child's dance recital complete this recital by buying an ad for the annual recital program book. This is a great way to acknowledge the dancer in your life for all their hard work. It's also a great way to advertise for your business and reach a target demographic. We have different sizes available and ads start at just $25. You will choose the portrait that goes in the advertisement after you receive your proofs from Colonial Photography. The dancer that sells the most ads (by 6pm on March 16th) will be featured as our 2018 Cover Girl. They will also receive a FREE YEAR OF DANCE TUITION ($430 Value)
Deadline For Cover Girl Entry: Sunday, March 25th!
Deadline For ALL ADS: Thursday, April 12th!
John Rapier with Colonial Photography will be our professional photographer this year. Class pictures and group pictures will be taken at the dance studio on
March 23, 24 & 25th.

The studio notices are posted on the website, in our newsletter and in your email. We also post to Facebook! Please notify us if your address, e-mail address, or telephone number has changed. Additionally, please add the studio e-mail address to your e-mail contact list so that all communications will display in your e-mail Inbox and not a spam folder. ***Please Note: While all of our student/parent concerns or questions are important to us, we ask that you respect our staff's personal time and not contact them via Text or Facebook messenger. You may email us at any time!
Reminders & Upcoming Dates
No Parents or Visitors in Dance Class
No Parents or visitors are allowed in the dance classroom. Dancers are more focused and perform better with less people in the room. Dance is also about learning independence. You will see your dancer grow so much in confidence from their dance
classes. If your child is feeling anxious about being in class without you, you can help by explaining to your child that they can show you what they learned after class.
