Why should I practice Bikram Yoga?

Intermediate Class

Every Friday 12:00pm
and
Sunday 1/21 10:00am

So many of you are loving our intermediate class, but can't make it on Fridays. This month we are adding a weekend intermediate class on
Sunday 1/21 at 10:00am.

 This class is made up of 52 of the traditional 84 asanas. It is a very accessible class and is open to everyone, however, it moves at a quick pace. It is recommended that you have a strong understanding of the Bikram beginner class before participating in the intermediate class.

The intermediate class is not meant to replace Bikram's beginner class. The beginner class is the foundation of the Bikram practice and everything you need for maximum benefit. The Intermediate class is simply an opportunity to expand your practice.

Mini Clinic

Have a question about a posture, or wonder if you are doing it right? This is  your opportunity to ask questions about  technique, or show me your posture and get some great individual feedback. 
 
Mini Clinics are a chance to explore the subtleties of the postures we practice in a non heated, casual environment. Don't miss it!
