Resolve to communicate in 2016communicate
We'd like to propose a New Year's resolution that is a lot easier than running marathons or embracing the latest diet craze, but will make life better all the same.


How about a resolution to expand your communication with your patrons and stakeholders in the year ahead? Wintix has many features that will help you do that.

In this newsletter, we'll talk about creating reports for your board or promoters, scheduling reports to be emailed, Wintix tutorials for new staff or to use as a refresher, and how to export email lists to programs like Constant Contact to communicate with your patrons.
Keep your board or promoters in the loopboard


You may deliver reports to your board of directors or promoters at meetings or regularly, but they may also want to see more or different kinds of data on their own.

If you have Webtix for online sales, they can run whatever kinds of reports you give them permission to run. You can simply add as many names as you want in Wintix as "users." They can then sign in online as an admin.

Did you know there is Wintix User Tutorial on our Help Desk? It provides step-by-step instructions on building and editing a show, selling regular tickets and season passes, and running daily sales reports and credit card logs.
Export email lists from Wintix into your exportemailfavorite email program
Email is still the most effective way to communicate with your patrons, but keeping email lists up-to-date is a never ending job. 

Wintix makes it easy to export email lists so you can easily import them into your email program.

You can send people announcements and deals, remind them about an upcoming show, or touch base with a new patron and get them to come back to your theatre.
