Pete Gitlin presents
Dave Ihlenfeld's NuWrld Jazz Project
Guitarist Pete Gitlin, who has performed at well-attended Jazz in AZ parties for the past 4 summers, is changing things up for his first appearance at The Nash Sunday, August 18th. He will be presenting Dave Ihlenfeld's NuWrld Jazz Project. The NuWrld Jazz Project plays original fusion jazz that is influenced by both the masters of swing and bebop, and exponents of contemporary jazz. Joining Pete on guitar and Dave on keyboards will be John Willis on bass, Ken Hales on trumpet and flugelhorn, and Andy Ziker on drums. As with Pete's last few performances at Jazz in AZ events, you can expect special guest appearances.
