Dalena Nguyen is one of Jennifer Pham's older cousins. Dalena is activity figthing heart disease and honoring Jennifer's memory with a T-Shirt fundraiser. Please consider supporting her, see information below. 

 

T-Shirt Design: Please see above photo (larger photo available on facebook)

 

T-Shirt Cost:  $14 per shirt; XXL will be an additional $1.50 (XXL= $15.50)   

 

Payment Due: to BSP by Friday March 18, 2011 

**Make the checks payable to Dalena Nguyen or provide cash payment.

 

Fundraiser Focus: To help Mr.& Mrs Pham and support the American Heart Association's research.

 

"She was basically my little sister. When she was little, she would tell me that one day when she grows up, she wants to somehow help those who have the same heart condition as her. She was suggesting on becoming a heart surgeon for a while, so I thought that she would really appreciate this fundraiser."
