May is Sign-Up Month for the popular Summer Reading Program, READING BY DESIGN!  This year marks the 34TH anniversary of programming excellence for youth. Registration forms are available to download in this newsletter, at the Library, and can also be found on-line at www.hallettlibrary.org. READING BY DESIGN caters to students who have completed kindergarten, up through the completion of 6th grade. The JFHML is proud to partner with the following to make this program possible---Thank you to the following sponsors: Bay Lake Lions, Cuyuna Range Lions, Cuyuna Range Women's Club, Crow Wing Power, Crosby Fire Relief Assn, Cuyuna Fire Relief Assn,  Deerwood Lakes Lions, Ironton Fire Department, Ironton Myrin-James American Legion, Ruttger's Bay Lake Lodge and the JFHML Friends Foundation.
If your student registers by FRIDAY JUNE 9, they will receive a FREE READING BY DESIGN t-shirt...

Drop off your completed form to the Hallett Library by June 9 to reserve a spot for your child! This program allows for up to 100 children in each age group.  Please no preschoolers or adults. Thank you!
 
2017 VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION 
Recently we honored 50 of our 80+ volunteers (ranging in age from 13-90+) at our 2017 Volunteer Appreciation at the Deerstand on Monday, April 24.
