In memory of 6 million Jews - January 27

January 27th is designated by the United Nations General Assembly as International Holocaust Remembrance Day!

Let us remember the brave victims of the Holocaust and liberation in 1945 by Soviet troops of Auschwitz-Birkenau, the largest Nazi death camp.

Two presentations on Mindfulness in March

Mindfulness - focusing awareness on the present moment with acceptance - is a popular technique used to help resolve anxiety, depression, and stress-related medical disorders.

Mindfulness will be the topic of two presentations when Jewish Family Service hosts nationally recognized author and Harvard professor Ronald D. Siegel, PsyD.
