Free T'ai Chi Introductory Classes

Have you ever wondered if T'ai Chi is right for you? Here is your chance to find out. Barbara Goldfarb, Certified T'ai Chi Master is offering two free introductory T'ai Chi classes at the Jewish Federation on January 16, open to students of all skill levels.
Ongoing weekly T'ai Chi classes will be offered on Mondays at 9:30 AM beginning January 23rd at the Jewish Federation. The cost for the weekly class is $60 for 5 (consecutive) weeks, and a portion of the proceeds go to the Jewish Federation. New students may join at any time.

Lunch 'n' Learn

Join us for our January Lunch 'n' Learn where we will hear from Efrat Naor, our Israeli Shlicha. Efrat will share with us the story of her family and their history within the land of Israel. In honor of our guest we will be serving an Israeli themed menu.

Needle Arts Group

Our Needle Arts Group knits, crochets, and does needlepoint for all skill levels. We provide instruction, and can supply materials if your project goes to charity. You can come to learn, bring your own project or help us with charity projects. For our current charity project we need: hats and scarves for children to adult sizes, men and women, ponchos, slippers and dish cloths (100% cotton).
