Job Summary:
  • Responsible for both reactive and limited direct sales for a select service hotel(s)
  • Maintain accounts/markets while finding new business for the property

Essential Job Functions:
  • Knows accounts and pending accounts (i.e. volume, trends, rates at other hotel, etc.)

  • Filters new leads to outside sales team.
  • Handles a specific market segment or accounts for multiple properties which entails building relationships through outside sales calls as needed.

Our new facility in Southaven will be offloading current RMA teams in Calif as we strive to perform timely repairs and maintenance to components of the daVinci system. Operations in Southaven occur during normal business hours. This is a full time, position: Salary, paid overtime, bonus, stock, and full benefits are offered.

Summary Statement: A Mechanical RMA Repair Technician works under general direction, follows oral and/or written instructions, and performs repair and testing processes to produce tested electro-mechanical assemblies or associated sub-assemblies.
Essential duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Performs simple and complex repairs on mechanical RMA assemblies.
  • Provides assistance with failure analysis of RMAs and properly documents findings.
  • Performs some-what complex tasks in preparation for repair and testing. Is able to verify assembly documentation accuracy, read engineering drawings etc. Sets up and operates machines/equipment /fixtures needed to perform repair and testing processes.
  • Follows all applicable work instructions to perform repair and testing processes.
  • Provide detailed symptom descriptions for failures uncovered during functional test and calibration to assist in component-level troubleshooting.
  • Communicates status of repairs with supervisor and other departments as necessary.
  • Conducts complex quality inspection of own or other's work to insure workmanship standards are met.
  • Properly completes manufacturing documentation and helps maintain its accuracy. Initiates material requests (MTs), reports quality issues (VRs, Process Log), records transactions in SAP as needed to preserve traceability.
  • Follows all corporate, safety and production procedures and regulations and maintains a clean and orderly workstation. Assures that his/her group adheres to the company standards and regulations.
  • Maintains an excellent attendance record.

Front Office Coordinator
The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for creating a positive first impression for all traffic (telephone or in-person) in the Express office to weekly increase the ratio of inquiry calls to qualified interviews.     • Have applicant complete an application as appropriate, and then coordinate the interview or any next steps. Accurately document all key information.
    • Administer appropriate skills testing.
    • Review these applicants for possible fit with open Job Orders and coordinate setting-up interviews with Staffing Consultants.
  1. Assist with recruiting efforts as appropriate.
    • Offices typically receive many online applications per day. These need to be reviewed and entered into the Express Office Candidate tracking system.
    • Follow the specific recruiting processes set up by office.
    • Type correspondence as needed.
    • Prepare mailings as needed.
    • File all applications, paperwork, etc.
    • Collect time cards and distribute checks in the office.
    • Complete payroll as needed.
    • Support Staffing Consultant as needed.

Job Description - Loader/Order Selector

 

New employees start as loaders. The shift begins at 2:00 PM. The shift ends when ALL work is completed. Sundays start at 11:00 AM. There are two days off per week, Saturday and one day during the week.

 

Your performance will determine how soon you might become an order selector.

 

The grocery side of the warehouse is not temperature controlled. Therefore, the temperature is close to the outdoors temperature.

 

The perishable side of the warehouse is temperature-controlled year round, ranging from 50 degrees to minus 20 degrees in the freezer area. Freezer suits are provided

 

The job is production based and tracked by how many cases you move per hour. The cases weigh an average of 30 lbs. The heaviest case in the warehouse weighs 100 lbs. This position is physically intense and requires a great deal of stamina.

 

Starting pay is $10.00 per hour and a potential top pay of $20.25 - $20.50 per hour. Every new employee has a 90 day probationary period.

 

You must be available to work every Sunday and holidays.

 

You must be 18 years or older and able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.

 

Experience in a warehouse strongly preferred.
