Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will manage the HOPE Outreach Center Office and support the programs and services offered to the community to improve the quality of life for those in need.

Position is full time Monday- Friday 9A-5P. Requires a minimum 5 yrs. experience as administrative assistant in the for profit or nonprofit industry.
Bilingual, fluent in English & Spanish.

Bookkeeper 

 

We are seeking a part-time bookkeeper to work at the HOPE Outreach Center Office in Davie. This person should support the agency's mission and goals and be willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment . 

 

Knowledge of and experience with QuickBooks is required (minimum 2 yrs experience). 
Position is part time (range from 8-24  hours a week).

HOPE Outreach Center, Inc. is a not-for-profit 501c(3)  community organization founded in 1995.  The Davie-based center offers an immediate 'hand up' to people in the community who find themselves suddenly unable to make ends meet due to:  job loss, disability, health crisis, and/or some other emergency circumstance.  By providing emergent financial support, food and other educational and social services, HOPE Outreach Center often serves as the financial and emotional bridge that allows families in crisis to return to self-reliance and independence quickly and comfortably.
