Job Summary:
The Early Learning Center of Upper Saddle River is currently seeking candidates to work as Childcare Providers.

Candidates must be able to provide a warm, nurturing, safe and stimulating environment for infants through six years of age.

Responsibilities:

• Understands and supports the mission of the YWCA of Bergen County.
• Under the supervision of the Director of Early Childhood Programs, the child care provider will provide an environment that is in keeping with sound principles of child development and encourage participation of children in various activities.
• Prepare materials used by the children in activities.
• Share information or concerns about the children with the Director.
• Assist in the maintenance of up to date required records of children.
• Attend staff meetings, in service workshops and professional meetings.
• Establish and maintain good communication with parents on a daily informal basis.
• Report all maintenance concerns, including any broken equipment to the Director.
• Other tasks as assigned.
