Over that past 10 days or so, I have received numerous requests for the Federal Election Commission reports. My campaign has filed the appropriate reports with the FEC in compliance with their reporting deadlines. It was our hope that the data would be made public much sooner than it has. For unknown reasons, as of 8:00 AM Wednesday October 19th, the FEC website does not reflect the most-recent reporting data for Minnesota Senate candidates.

  

     Since announcing my Senate bid in late August, fundraising has not been my primary focus. The resources and energies of my campaign have been focused upon directly engaging the concerns of the men, women and families of Minnesota. Listening to people and discussing their issues has been my primary focus. Having firsthand knowledge of what is on the minds of "Main Street" Minnesota is the only way to be an effective leader. People have expressed the feeling that their elected officials are not listening and are detached from the reality of day to day life. We have placed our focus on the issues that matter to Minnesotans rather than solely on fundraising.

  

      In the coming weeks, I plan to continue to focus my energy on meeting personally with the people of Minnesota. They are my priority. With that said, below is the data that was supplied to the FEC for the most-recent reporting period.
