There are many career opportunities in the chemical industry for students and young professionals today. The purpose of this panel and fireside chat is to provide the perspectives of three successful representatives from industry, finance and consulting about where the opportunities are, a candid view of why one should consider or not consider a career in their sector, what are the key attributes of people who are successful and/or happy in their part of the industry, the most common career paths in their sector, and where they see their industry sector heading.

Peter Young, President of Young & Partners, the chemicals and life science investment bank and President of Societe de Chimie Industrielle, will interview the three panelists and guide them through these questions in a fireside chat format. The online attendees will be able to ask questions either through the chat function or by raising their hand electronically and posing their question.

This event is aimed at undergraduate and graduate students as well as young professionals who are looking for career advice.
