Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres will be served from 6 - 8pm at Kristin & John Miller's magnificent six-acre property in Quogue that boasts 180° water views and a panoramic view of the sunset. Sumptuous hors d'oeuvres will be passed at the cocktail party as guest enjoy live entertainment along with a full selection of top-shelf libations.
At 8pm, following cocktails, guests who have chosen in advance to complete this fabulous evening with an elegant formal dinner will then depart to one of eight private homes for an exclusive dinner in quintessential Hamptons fashion. Each host has created a special menu and/or theme for an unparalleled dining experience.
Among the dining options are:
Advisory Council member Roni Cowan, and her husband Howard, will treat guests to a feast catered by the Famous Italian Eatery RAO's at their spectacular home in Quogue.

Laurence and Vincent Herbert host "Rustic in Remsenburg" - a flavorful evening of poolside dining on their 21st century vacation property. Featured on last year's Annual House & Garden tour and in Architectural Digest, this ultra-modern dwelling was once a historic barn that was carefully renovated to maintain the integrity of the original structure.
PAC Board member Cynthia Hochman, and her husband Neal, plan to transport their dinner guests to "The Russian Tea Room" at their waterfront acreage in Westhampton Beach. Guests will dine on Russian fare by D'Alessio Catering on the Hochman's rose-lined property with expansive bay views!
PAC Board member Doug Lobel and his wife, Nancy, an Advisory Council member, have designed a "Fresh From the Sea" feast at their home in Westhampton Beach. And avid fisherman, Doug will serve fresh fish that's guaranteed to be pulled from the water and served that same day!
