Recipe of the Week!

Smashed Potatoes and Squash

This weeks Recipe provided by Cheryl Deberry of Deberry Farm Fresh Produce

Small Potatoes Squash
Olive Oil (for drizzling) Salt and Pepper


Directions:  Boil potatoes until fork tender.Carefully place on a baking sheet and Smash with a fork.
Cut Squash into chunks or slices and arrainge on the baking sheet making sure not to overlap.
Drizzle olive oil over potatoes and squash. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 400. 

It's so good, so easy, and you
can use any veggies
