The mission of Teatime for Peace is to host events where people of different belief systems and ethnic and racial backgrounds come together to engage in honest dialogue in a nonjudgmental, respectful environment in which each person has an opportunity to listen and be heard.
The vision of Teatime for Peace is to create peace by building the Beloved Community by getting
to know each other better, by outgrowing our conscious and unconscious biases about who the "other" is and by both accepting our differences and recognizing our shared humanity and aspirations.
