The program provides over $8 million in federal stimulus funds that
will reduce the negative impact of foreclosed, vacant and abandoned
properties that have challenged the
Baring Cross and Holt Neighborhoods
of North Little Rock.
Funds will go towards the acquisition and redevelopment of
distressed properties that will be turned into energy-efficient
affordable homes that will be sold or rented to
eligible households.
