2017 National Association of Student Councils Conference!
Attention VSCA member schools interested in attending the National Association of Student Councils Conference:
VSCA is excited to once again host a Virginia Delegation to this year's NASC Conference, June 26-28, 2017, Derry, New Hampshire. Lots of detailed information on the conference is available at www.nascconference.org. We would LOVE to have a large group representing the Commonwealth of Virginia!
We are hoping to charter a bus that will have stops in Hampton Roads, the Greater Richmond Area, and the I-95 corridor in Northern Virginia. Attached to this e-mail you will find a bus deposit form. We will need your bus deposit by April 21, 2017, to the VSCA office. We are planning on leaving June 24, 2017, spending a day in Boston on June 25, attending the conference June 26-28, and leaving around noon to head home on June 28.
We will be staying at the Doubletree in Andover, Massachusetts. In order to reserve your rooms, please contact Jamie at 978-725-4447.
The directions to register for the NASC Conference are below:
Go to www.nascconference.org
- Click on Registration at the top
- Click on Register Now
- Select Attendee Registration
- Click Returning Group Login
- Enter 506 for the Group Confirmation number
- Enter YOUR e-mail address if you are a NASC member under Adviser Member. If you are not a member, you will go under Add Adviser non-member
- You will select School Delegation
- Add adviser information
- Add your students
Once you have added all of your students...
- Refresh the page and re-enter the group number
- Find your name
- Click on Adviser portal
- This will allow you to pay for the students that you registered either by getting an invoice sent or by paying through credit card
