Movies In The Park is back
It's that time of year again - Movies In The Park! And once again, this popular community event will be presented by The Cochise Water Project.

We'll be kicking off this year's movie series with the family comedy The Rocketeer. This action-packed film recreates 1930s Hollywood, complete with gangsters, Nazi spies, and the growth of the Age of Aviation.

The Rocketeer will be screened at Veterans Memorial Park on Saturday, May 14. The fun starts at 5pm with entertainment by the Desert Swing Band, as well as the Buena Robotics team, dance performers, and 40s style cars.

Bring your lawn chairs, blanket, and dinner, and visit our sponsor vendors for snacks, soda, and water. The movie starts at dusk, around 7pm.

And mark your calendars now for our other upcoming features:
May 21 - The Three Amigos, and a special screening of an episode of The Sheriff of Cochise, a 1950s Western drama filmed in and around our county.
June 4 - A Knight's Tale, with a Renaissance festival theme.
June 18 - American Graffiti, with rock & roll music and a car show.

A big thank you to our sponsors: Lawley Automotive, Cerendipitees, Cox, Oasis Water Harvesting, Lowe's, The Salvation Army, City of Sierra Vista, Horizon Moving Systems, and the Sierra Vista Herald.
