Sit and Be Fit
Mondays at 11:30 AM

There is still time to sign up for our Mondays Sit and Be Fit class for the winter semester. This class is wonderful for those hoping to increase their activity level and improve their balance through simple non-impact exercise that can be done anywhere you can find a chair.

Super Sunday
December 14, 2014

With December comes Super Sunday, our Annual Campaign fundraiser. If you have yet to make your 2015 Annual Campaign pledge we encourage you to answer the phone on Super Sunday to help us continue all the work the Jewish Federation does locally and internationally.
