Joy.
Hope.
Peace.
Love.
Words of the season.
Sung in songs.
Written in cards.
Heard so often, that sometimes we wonder if they are even real.
Let me encourage you...they are!
Real words.
Real truths.
Real realities!
Joy! Of the Lord!
A gift to us by God Himself.
Joy that is real.
Joy that is everlasting.
Joy that is strength!
Hope! In the Lord!
Hope that is an anchor.
Hope that is a fortress.
Mighty.
Immoveable.
Unending.
Peace! From the Lord!
Peace that is constant.
Peace that is perfect.
Peace that is beyond understanding!
Yes, these words of the season are real.
Real gifts! From God Himself.
Here for the taking.
Here for the receiving.
Real love.
Real hope.
Real peace.
Real joy!
From God.
Your Father.
Your Dad.
Your Provider.
Your King.
To you.
His precious child.
His beloved son and daughter.
So go ahead.
Take the gifts He's provided!
Receive them.
Open them.
Use them.
Take them for yourself.
And share them with others.
Yes, the gifts of God are real!
Real hope.
Real peace.
Real love.
This is love: He loved us long before we loved Him. It was His love, not ours. He proved it by sending His Son to be the pleasing sacrificial offering to take away our sins.
1 John 4:10 TPT
And now we have run into [God's] heart to hide ourselves in His faithfulness. This is where we find His strength and comfort, for He empowers us to seize what has already been established ahead of time—an unshakeable hope!
We have this certain hope like a strong, unbreakable anchor holding our souls to God Himself.
from Hebrews 6:18-19 TPT
I leave the gift of peace with you—My peace. Not the kind of fragile peace given by the world, but My perfect peace. Don’t yield to fear or be troubled in your hearts—instead, be courageous!
John 14:27 TPT
I have told you these things so that you will be filled with My joy. Yes, your joy will overflow!
John 15:11 NLT
Now may God, the inspiration and fountain of hope, fill you to overflowing with uncontainable joy and perfect peace as you trust in Him. And may the power of the Holy Spirit continually surround your life with His super-abundance until you radiate with hope!
Romans 15:13 TPT
