City Representative Emma Acosta Will Be the Keynote Speaker at The 2014 Annual Fort Bliss Volunteer Ceremony and Dinner hosted by MG MacFarland

El Paso, Texas:

City Representative Emma Acosta will be the keynote speaker at the 2014 Annual Fort Bliss Volunteer Ceremony and Dinner hosted by MG MacFarland. The annual event coincides with National Volunteer Week. The event will recognize approximately 50 volunteers (Soldiers, Families and civilians) who have shared their time, talents and skills volunteering on the installation, El Paso Schools, Humane Society and many other volunteer agencies. The theme this year is

MISSION POSSIBLE because volunteers make mission possible for so many programs on the installation and within the El Paso Community.

The event will be April 11th at 6:30pm at the Centennial Club at Fort Bliss.

Representative Acosta states, "There is no price to put on the value of a person who selflessly volunteers their time, skills and effort, asking for nothing in return"

The public and media are encouraged to attend.
