Carrot Cake Oats

 

carrot cake oats
Makes 1 Serving
 
 Ingredients:
 
1/3 cup old fashioned oats
1/3 cup shredded carrots
1/3 cup almond breeze
1/3 cup water
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut
2 walnuts
10 raisins
stevia
cinnamon
 
Instructions: 

Add to a pot: 1/3 cup old fashioned oats, 1/3 cup shredded carrots, 1/3 cup water, 1/3 cup vanilla almond breeze - cook.

Add to prepared oats: 1 tbsp shredded unsweet coconut, 1 tbsp or 2 whole crunched up walnuts, 10 raisins, sprinkle of stevia and cinnamon.
