The PCC is developing a resource for community and regional planners needing information on how to fund more bike lanes, sidewalks, off road paths, pedestrian refuge islands, and a host of other safety improvements for people biking and walking. A comprehensive guide for all roads, it will also contain examples where SC communities successfully used these funding sources.
