Dr. Evans Retirement
It is with mixed emotions that we announce  Dr. James Evans’ retirement and we thank him for his many years of dedicated service to the residents here at the Charlestown Medical Center as well as those in our Continuing Care Facility. His retirement date will be effective as of August 1st 2017.   As always, our number one priority is the care and well-being of our residents and we can assure you that there won’t be any interruption in patient/resident healthcare.  Dr. Ming Yi will be taking over from Dr. Evans and this transition will be a seamless one.  Dr. Yi will be joining the Medical Center team on July 3rd and she comes to Charlestown with years of experience in the field of geriatric care.
