The Gift of Life
Lord,
Teach me not to hold on to life too tightly. Teach me to take it as a gift - to enjoy and cherish it while I have it, but to let go gracefully and thankfully when the time comes. The gift is great, but the giver is greater still. You are the giver and in You is a life that never ends.
Amen.

 Sister Margaret Downing Elected Delegate for Consecrated Life
Sister Margaret Downing, Sister of Mercy (RSM), has been appointed as the Delegate for Consecrated Life by Bishop Gregory J. Hartmayer, OFM Conv. This role's primary purpose and mission is to be of service to religious in the diocese and encourage collaboration between the diocesan office and religious.  Natural Family Planning
This year, Natural Family Planning (NFP) Awareness Week is July 20-26. NFP is the general title for the scientific, natural and moral methods of family planning that can help married couples either achieve or postpone pregnancies.
Since the methods of NFP respect the love-giving (unitive) and life-giving (procreative) nature of the conjugal act, they support God's design for married love!

 Prime Timers Lunch
The Prime Timers ministry provides a social and religious atmosphere for Catholics over the age of 60. The deanery-wide organization meets the second Monday of each month for lunch. The group's next gathering is Monday, July 14, at 12:30 p.m., at Red Lobster on 13th Street in Columbus. Please come and bring a friend!

Rosary and Benediction at 5:30 p.m.
