July 2017: Join CEOGC at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo!

It's that time of year again! On Monday, July 31, CEOGC will be at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo as part of Radio One's Family Day at the Zoo.

Representatives from CEOGC will be there to talk to you about Head Start and help you enroll your child or children! They will also tell you about upcoming personal and professional workshops and classes.

Stop by to enter your name into a drawing to win $100. Throughout the day, you will have five chances to win.

There is also a scavenger hunt for the kids where they can explore the zoo and win fun prizes!

The doors to the zoo open at 9:30 a.m. and the event wraps up at 3:00 p.m.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Studies show that a child's first 2,000 days of life are the most formative. Preschool offers the chance for children to develop their social and academic skills in a safe, informative environment. Research shows kids who attend preschool have a greater chance for long-term success in life. The Council for Economic Opportunities offers high-quality preschool education to income-eligible families in Cuyahoga County.
