Shop Clean Up

Every year the shop accumulates more and more boating stuff and in many cases we have no idea who it belongs to.  Stuff includes such items as old electronics, dinghies, sails, canvas & boat covers, outboard motors, boat parts, ladders, bicycles, water hoses and much more.  In the past we have tried to accommodate our boaters by providing space and charging a fee per pallet.  This has become a service that has become difficult and time consuming to provide.  During launch and haul out we may move a single pallet of stuff up to dozen times, as it is always in the way. We feel bad when items get damaged or lost and can no longer be responsible for items left in the shop.  Beginning September 1, 2016, PBM will only store items such as dinghies, outboards, boat covers or items that we have paid storage contracts for. All items will be tagged w/your name and contact number.   All items left unclaimed in the shop after August 1 will either be sold, donated or disposed of.  So if you think you have items in the shop,  please claim  before August 1st.  Our hope is to have some mini-storage units available for rent in the fall of 2017 to accommodate those needing additional storage space.

Thanks for your cooperation.

3. Wrap up the cord nice and tidy. Do not leave a leave a tripping hazard on the dock.
