Dash and a Handful brings artisanal catering to Palm Springs

 

Opening reception and ribbon cutting scheduled for July 9th

Palm Springs, Calif. (June 26, 2013)- Dash and a handful is more than a name- it's a style of cooking for owner Chad Gardner. As long as he can remember, his mother was in the kitchen creating wonderful offerings for his family, many times without recipes and just by using "a dash of this and handful of that." Bitten by the culinary bug at young age, he has always looked at food in an unconventional way by creating dishes in his head and then preparing them in the kitchen.

 

Gardner, who has been hailed a Culinary Artist, will celebrate the opening of his new catering kitchen with a reception and ribbon cutting at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 9 at 2100 N. Palm Canyon Dr. Suite #104.
