This is a super easy dessert that is sure to please all!
It's quick and simple to make and you can change up the recipe in many different ways depending on your taste.
1 stick softened butter
1 boxed yellow cake (I use gluten free cake mix, but either works.)
1-2 16oz bags frozen fruit (more or less fruit, depending on what you like.)
vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
Place frozen fruit in the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. In a medium sized bowl, combine 1 boxed yellow cake mix with 1 stick softened butter. Pour cake mix over the berries. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Top with vanilla ice cream or fresh whipped cream.
That's it. Easy as pie....or I guess I should say, easy as cake!
