A recipe for speaking easily and openly...
Breathe in this aroma blend to create a calming atmosphere that will facilitate open communication between yourself and others. Combine the blend of pure essential oils to make a room diffusion and either add the oils to a pad for use with an electric diffuser or add the blend to 1/4 cup of water for use with a candle lamp.
* 6 drops of
Roman Chamomile
* 3 drops of
Lavender
* 1 drop of
Peppermint
Beneficial essential oils that support a balanced throat chakra are lavender, geranium, coriander and chamomile. In addition to using the oils in a diffuser you may also add them to a carrier oil such as
