I was recently sent the below suggestions someone saw on Facebook of things to keep in mind every month in order to balance taking care of others and also taking care of ourselves. We usually do a wonderful job of taking care of others but tend to neglect ourselves. When we neglect ourselves, we can get resentful of others and also have a shorter temper. I smiled when I read this and hope that you do as well.
