Week of June 1st

Monday, June 1 - HIA Annual Summer Food Drive, throughout Long Island - Register your business for the largest small business food drive on Long Island - all to benefit Long Island Cares! Visit their website for more info, and like them on Facebook to stay in the loop all summer long!

Monday, June 1 - The Great American Milk Drive, Stop and Shop stores throughout Long Island - While shopping at Stop and Shop this month, donate at your cash register or online at www.milklife.com/give - your donation will be turned into a voucher for milk, which will then be given to Long Island Cares and distributed to Long Islanders in need.

Saturday, June 6 - Senator Boyle Stuff-A-Truck, Bayshore ShopRite - We'll be collecting donations as part of Senator Boyle's Food Drive - stop by and drop off a non-perishable item.

Sunday, June 7 - #HarryLivesOn Tweetchat - Join us at 7:30 PM for our monthly tweetchat with the Harry Chapin Food Bank of Southwest Florida on Harry Chapin's life, legacy and work fighting hunger. This month's theme is the Chapin Family Legacy!

Week of June 8th

Friday, June 12 - Who Needs Pants Day, throughout Long Island - Help Long Island Cares raise $50,000 in one day by holding Casual Friday at your office, school or organization today! Donate $5 per person!

Saturday, June 13 - Walbaum's Stuff A Truck, Sunrise Highway in North Patchogue - Come help us fill a truck with non-perishable donations for neighbors in need.

Week of June 15th

Friday, June 19 - Como Brothers Band Concert, 89 North Music in Patchogue - Join us for the Como Brothers Band Music-to-Meals concert, and stop by our booth to learn about our programs while you're at it!

Saturday, June 20 - Sayville Ford Stuff-A-Truck, Stop and Shop at 5701 Sunrise Highway in Holbrook - Come by and help us fill a truck for our neighbors in need!

Saturday, June 20 - Sayville Ford Stuff-A-Truck, Walbaum's at 4560 Sunrise Highway in Oakdale - Come by and help us fill a truck for our neighbors in need!

Saturday, June 20 - Sayville Ford Stuff-A-Truck, Stop and Shop at 5686 Sunrise Highway in Sayville - Come by and help us fill a truck for our neighbors in need!
