Not Easy Being H

over the last 10 years or so the pressure placed upon our shoulders has truly skyrocketed. Trying to maintain a sense of balance on a daily basis is almost impossible. Based on my readings over the last few months, I have realized certain things stay constant, while new ones seem to be creeping up. The constant issues which are on everyone's list are still love, health, and money. Not necessarily in that order. The new issues that are coming in are psychic experiences or attacks, out of the ordinary issues with children, high levels of depression, wanting to quit life, and feeling so lost on the planet. Things started changing with the introduction of having various choices. Choices are good because it allows us to broaden our tastes, likes, and experiences. But somehow over the last 50 years it has gone out of control. With the extreme option of choices we are hit with second guessing, doubts, guilt, and an overwhelming stress to make sure we choose correctly. This has also allowed for retailers to gain more profits by continuously telling us what is best for us. The other day I went into a fast food restaurant with my son, when he went to the soda machine to get his drink he was faced with a selection of over 14 various types of one particular soda along with other varieties of soda! Seriously, do we really need to have that many selections of what used to be just one taste!
We have become obsessed with keeping up with the latest trends and styles. We have become so distracted with how we look and how others see us. The issues of taking selfies at a constant daily rate is borderline ridiculous. Having to take a picture of what you ordered for dinner at a restaurant, and posting for all to see, just opens up a door to seeking approval unlike anything we ever had in the past. We do not speak, we text, and ignore human company. Our social interactions have become cold and self indulged. We need to regain a sense of balance once again. We need to capture the moments throughout the day that have real meaning and appreciate them.
We need to learn how to be "human" again and not distributors of what so-called professionals tell us to be. We are caught in a never ending roller coaster ride which provides profit to a few and a sick feeling inside to the majority.
These are just my own random thoughts, feelings and frustrations and do not express what I feel you need to do or change. Like any blog, it is simply a sharing of thoughts and observations.

| Reiki Certification Courses |
It is time for my yearly Reiki Certification courses. Reiki is a simplistic yet powerful way of providing healing to others. It works on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual planes. To me, it is as important as learning CPR.
I am trying to get a feel of how many of you are interested in the first level with a possible start date for end of June. Please let me know if you are interested over the next week, so I can coordinate to create the training. The class is done on a Sunday, roughly 4 hours,with certificates handed upon completion. | Guardian Angels: The Constant Helpers |
After over 20 years of doing Guardian Angel readings professionally, I have come to know and understand them in a unique fashion. Their unconditional love for the person they guide is truly beautiful. Their ability to create experiences for us that will secure some life lessons are magical. But after thousands of conversations with them, I have been blessed to see their individual personalities. First of all they come in many shapes and sizes. From my experiences, they provide images that are more female than male. They average in physical appearance roughly from the age of 30-35. I have seen them as young looking as 17 as well as mid 50's. In reality, they are pure energy and the form they choose for us to work with them is their option. They are a mixture of male and female energies but once again tend to hold a female form in almost 70% of my contacts. It is not impossible to communicate with them but, it does take a great deal of effort and practice. They also have unique personalities ranging from strict military responses to happy go lucky jokers. Besides watching over us and assisting in our ability to complete our life missions, our Guardian angels also have other responsibilities in their realm. Their job is full time without complaints. One thing they usually tell me to tell others is that they really do not like to be worshiped. They want us to see them as our best friends and at times they will not agree with our decisions, but we will always be loved without judgement.
Maybe it's time to introduce another "Working with Angels" workshop.......

| Negativity |
Is there more negativity on the planet right now, or is it just more powerful. Maybe, we have gotten more sensitive and we feel it more. Maybe, we have gotten weaker; it was always around, but it affects us more now. Regardless of the situation, negativity is more profound in today's date. What exactly is negativity? It can be described as a force, a conscious energy, or a vibration that feeds off positive vibes. Anyway you look at it, it is not a productive force. It is created by thoughts, actions, and unlocked portals. Bottom line, you need to defend yourself from it and learn not to produce it. Negativity has two strong feeding lines, which are fear and anger. So based on everything happening in our planet, it is going through a feeding frenzy. We have to be on constant guard, we have to cleanse our homes and business, and we have to maintain a positive attitude. Negative vibes in a home can produce arguments, illness, financial woes, and even electrical breakdowns. In our personal lives it can bring about depression, blockages, illness, and even death. It can also lead to partial soul separations in which part of our souls decline being here and return to spirit state. This obviously brings more complications into our lives. So stay one step ahead, be positive, maintain faith, cleanse and protect your personal energy centers.
