June 2017
In This Issue

Dear Colleagues,

This months featured topic is Elder Abuse in recognition of World Elder Abuse Awareness Day on June 15th. We have recently added more resources  related to elder abuse on  sagelink.ca.

We welcome you to take our self-directed online course " Minimizing the Use of Restraints" on www.sageducation.ca.   Please note that you will need Adobe Flash Player to run the course.

Professor Brian Dolan and Lynda Holt founded Health Services 360 and developed the Last 1000 Days as a way to raise awareness and give people a compelling reason to change how we in the health care system use patients time. They believe the most valuable currency in healthcare is patients time and they use the last 1000 days as a way to draw attention to where time is wasted and what can be done differently and to share success stories. Campaigns include  #EndPJparalysis  and #Red2Green.

Sincerely,

CSAH team and Partners
