We are delighted to be featuring the work of Vancouver artist
Aimée Henny Brown
. Aimée, who is based in Vancouver, but works in various locations in Canada and the US, has created a series of photographic and mixed media collage pieces, largely in two dimensional format. Several small architectural models will be included well. Many of the pieces reference local historical buildings which have been repositioned alongside modern and even futuristic elements in often strange and provocative collage formats
Aimée, who is an excellent presenter, will offer an illustrated talk on her work at 2 pm on

.

Gallery Shop
Our current Gallery Shop exhibition features the work of artist Tiffany Huynh. Reflecting the relationship between humans, animals and our landscape, Tiffany is clearly drawn to the delicate and mysterious in these beautifully rendered scenes.
Tiffany's art prints, cards and paintings are available for purchase at the Gallery Shop, and her exhibition runs until July 27th.

Maple Ridge Street Banner Design Opportunity – Nature Theme
The City of Maple Ridge invites amateur and professional artists of all ages to submit their designs to the 2018 Street Banner Design Contest on the theme of nature. The banners will be installed on major streets throughout the City in the summer of 2018 for approximately 10-12 months. A maximum of four designs will be selected and each winner will receive a cash prize. Deadline: June 11 by email to
