Mississippi Celebrates June Dairy Month
June Dairy month has been celebrated by many across the state. The Walthall County Dairy Festival had a strong showing despite some weather issues, as visitors showed up to support the event and celebrate dairy! Lincoln County Dairy Day continues to grow and this year added a new attraction with a live milking by Mississippi dairy farmer, Pat Ard.

Farther south in Moss Point, the 2nd annual Middleton Dairy Day proved to be a success with over 600 visitors. The event had everything from milking demonstrations to ice cream making, bouncy houses and even the Azalea Trail Maids.
Dairy was certainly well celebrated in the state of Mississippi this June!
