Principal's Message
Here we are at the end of the school year! It was truly a pleasure to start and finish a school year here at Aston Elementary School
!
I would like to take this opportunity to wish our 5th graders much success and happiness as they travel on to the middle school. They will be greatly missed, but we know they are well prepared for the next chapter of their education.
I would also like to wish everyone a safe and happy summer! Enjoy the time with your families. Please encourage your children to read, take reading counts quizzes, write in a journal about summer trips or experiences, and utilize first in math. It will be up and running through July, so please encourage your children to use this website as well! (firstinmath.com)
See you in September!

Twenty fourth grade students participated in an eight week Drama Club held after school. Each week, they pretended to be various characters in familiar stories, mimed numerous activities, and improvised parts in skits. Needless to say, these creative youngsters expressed themselves in ways they never knew they could. It was SO much fun. Mrs. Leiser hopes they continue to participate in drama for years to come!

Classroom News
Mrs. McPhillips Fourth Grade Class had fun, and used a lot of imagination, completing a Book Report Project made out of cereal boxes. A good and inventive way of making book reports enjoyable!
