Game On! VBS: June 11-15
* VISIT HBCE.ORG TO REGISTER.  For all children entering kindergarten in the 2018 - 2019 school year through those that have completed 6th grade in the 2017-2018 school year. Remember, volunteers need to register too. 
*LET THE GAMES BEGIN:  Join us June 10 at 5:00pm in the  Worship Center as we kick off this amazing week with the VBS musical.  Gear Up! Get Ready! Game On!
* SPIRIT NIGHT:  Visit Chick-Fil-A on June 12,  5-7pm, and mention HBC. A portion  of what you spend on your meal will  go to benefit Backpack Blessings.  

Wednesday Night Box Meals in June
Make your reservations EARLY by calling the church office or signing up at the  Welcome Center. Reservations and Cancellations need to be made no later than  Monday prior to that Wednesday's supper. Each box will include a sandwich, chips and a cookie.  The church will provide tea/coffee/water.
Cost: $5/box.

June 6 - Shane's Sandwich (Pork or Chicken)
June 13 - Hot Dogs (VBS Visitation)
June 20 - Milky Moo's Sandwich  (Ham & Cheese, Turkey & Cheese, or Chicken Salad)
June 27 - Shane's Sandwich (Pork or Chicken)

Summer Schedule: Wednesday nights
Coming in June ... 
The Disciple Life Team (Bro. Andy, Mrs. Annette and Bro. Mike) will be sharing with us on Wednesday nights.

Coming in July ... 
Bro. Michael will begin a new series called "Jude in July."

Preschool/Children's Ministry
SPLASH: July 11, July 25, and August 1 -  (9am - 4pm) 
SHOW PEOPLE LOVE AND SHARE HIM
Splash Days are for children that have COMPLETED 1st through 6th grade in the 2017-2018 school year.  Children will participate in a local mission project each morning and then have a surprise fun water activity each afternoon. The cost for Splash Days is $45 - includes all three days and a t-shirt. Limited to 40 children. Sign up by June 27 to be guaranteed a spot and t-shirt.
MIX Music Camp:  July 16-20 at Shocco Springs
Camp is for all children that have completed 3rd through 6th grade. Spots are filling up fast - if you plan to attend, stop by the office to sign up. (A $100 deposit is due at the time of sign up - total camp cost is now $320. Balance is due by July 12.)

Operation Christmas Child
If you haven't picked up your boxes, they are still available in the Fellowship Hall, Worship Center, the 2nd & 3rd floors of F building and the Multipurpose Room.
Student Ministry

Sr. Adults

Sr. Adult Game Day & Luncheon
Thursday, June 7, in the  Fellowship Hall at 10:00am Bring a covered dish and join us for a fun-filled time of fellowship.  

Lunch & Learn
We are hosting a Lunch & Learn with Mr. Charlie Prater on June 21 at 10:00am in Room C100. Mr. Prater is the Director of the Balance and Fall Prevention Program at Flowers Hospital. He is a Physical Therapy Assistant with 30 years of experience, specializing in the treatment of vestibular and neurological disorders.  
During the program, Mr. Prater will explain how seniors can keep the highest quality of life possible, by educating seniors and caregivers on the importance of posture, balance, strength and flexibility. Lunch from Milky Moo's will be provided. Please sign up in your Sunday School class or call the church office.
