Chair Massage!
This month our highlighted treatment is the Chair Massage or Seated Accupressure. This is a great treatment for people who are new to Massage, or who may not have the time to dedicate to a full table massage.
This is performed in the clinic, on a special chair that allows maximum comfort and full access to the areas that pain us most, the Back, Neck and Shoulders.
Although these are the main areas of treatment, a full body massage including face and scalp can be performed from these chairs without the need to remove any clothing.
Sessions can last 10, 20 or 30 minutes, and are great for a quick treat during a hectic lunch, or for those who may not have the time to schedule an appointment as we offer this on a walk-in basis.
For June Only, we are doubling our Chair massage time. We are now offering our walk-in chair massage treatments for 20 minutes, rather than the previous 10 and we are keeping the same low price of £5.
Stop in at any point, all of our employees are qualified in offering the best possible treatment, you won't be disappointed.

We would like to congratulate Sally on her appointment as a new Continued Education Tutor for Inspire Massage Workshops.
Sally will be offering CEU courses at Inspires Edinburgh location including Advanced Upper & Lower Body Massage, Baby's First Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Pregnancy massage.
It has always been Sallys goal to share her knowledge and education with others and feel this is the perfect role for her.

The Edinburgh and Glasgow clinics are taking off with a BANG and we are so proud to be able to offer our services across Central Scotland.

How time flies, we are already in June, and the Childrens Galaday Season is well underway. We hope you are taking the time out this month to focus on having fun with friends and family, as having fun is an integral part of living a happy and healthy life.
This month we are touching on some scheduling updates relating to upcoming in-house training, changes to staffing as well as a new feature which will be our treatment of the month, and briefly touching on information about changes coming to the clinic in July.

June Schedule Update
June has become a very hectic month for us at the clinic, but we are doing our best to ensure that everyone is taken care of.
The following dates will see the clinic running on a limit schedule:
Saturday June 9th
Saturday June 16th
These two days our therapists will be attending some training sessions to help expand the range of services offered as well as improve on the skills we already have.
On these dates, the clinic will be open from 10am - 2pm , walk-in Chair massage as well as Swedish Massage will be available on a limited basis from our new Junior Therapist, Caitlin. She will also be available to offer Gift Vouchers for sale as we know you are all gearing up to present your loved ones with a well deserved Fathers Day gift real soon ;)

July Price Changes
Over the last two amazing years at Wee Sallys Therapeutic Massage we have done our best to continue to offer expert treatment at a reasonable cost. We began offering Remedial Massage, Sports Therapy and a small range of treatments, however our services have expanded over this time allowing us to offer new services such as Hot Stone Massage, Non-Surgical Face Lift Massage, Kinesiotaping, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy, and Reflexology.
Sally has struggled with this decision over the last few months, but we now feel that it is necessary to increase our rates, however we hope that this is the last time we will need to do this and are offering a guarantee that the rates for our services will not increase further for at least the next 3 years.
As of July 1st, the cost of each treatment session will increase by £5.
The new prices will be:
30 minute massage: £25
60 minute massage: £40
90 minute massage £50
The Service Industry £10 discount will remain in effect as well as other offers such as the Frequent Visit card, and Senior/Student discounts.
In addition to this change, our Clinic hours will be expanding, we will now be available Tuesday - Friday 10am - 8pm.
We hope that this will not affect your desire to continue to visit the clinic, but are happy to discuss this with anyone who may have concerns. |

Anniversary Celebrations
July will be our 2nd Anniversary at Wee Sally Therapeutic massage, and to celebrate, we will be having a range of events, and offering some delicious goodies and a tremendous competition is coming up with a Prize that even we can't believe we are offering, so please make sure you keep an eye out for the July Newsletter so that you don't miss out on the Anniversary festivities.
Congratulations Caitlin
We want to congratulate our Admin Assistant Caitlin on completing her Beauty Therapy course at West Lothian College. Caitlin has now become a Junior Therapist at the Clinic and will be receiving in-house training as well as Continued Education Training with some of the best training providers in the UK to expand her skills and our services.
We hope you will all welcome her into the fold, and that you see the great changes to come from Caitlin as we witness her transformation into an amazing Therapist. Caitlin will be available Tuesday - Friday 12pm - 4pm and Saturday 10am - 6pm. |
New Payment methods are on their way!
We received confirmation this week that we will soon be able to offer new methods of payment via our MindBodyOnline booking system. Once the changes go live, we will be able to offer you the ability to pay for your session when you book online, as well as purchase Gift Vouchers directly from the Mindbody portal.
We will be sending out an email as soon as this feature is available, as well as explaining what these changes will mean to payment methods made at the clinic. |
