REDEFINE
ReDefine focuses on mind-body connection to properly and effectively focus on strengthening a single muscle through low impact full body toning exercises and correct alignment and posture while allowing our more dominant muscles to stretch, creating beautiful definition throughout the entire body, ReDefining our idea of exercise.
 
**Please have 1-3 lb weights, a yoga mat and a small pillow for this workout.

Tell us a little bit about yourself

I live in Framingham, MA with my husband (married 10 years!), two daughters (3 & 5), and dog Nash.  I'm an architect and work at a small firm that focuses on higher education projects.  It's pretty amazing to design something on paper and then see it built and I'm beyond grateful to have a job that I love.  


How long have you been taking classes at DanceFIT?

I have been taking classes at DanceFIT for the past nine months.  Last September, I purchased my first class package and signed up for my first 6FIT challenge at the same time. I love the challenges and the motivation and accountability that comes along with them!  

 

Favorite thing about DanceFIT?

The virtual classes, hands down.  Since having kids, it has been really difficult to find time to exercise while working full-time. Before DanceFIT, I didn't exercise at all and if you had told me a year ago I would be consistently taking 3-5 classes a week I would have thought you were crazy. The virtual classes make it possible!


Favorite workout accessory

My yoga mat.  This is also my dog Nash’s favorite workout accessory; he lays down on it as soon as I unroll it and then refuses to get off!
