Some of the most popular gatherings are hosted at apartment complexes-  National Night Out in Hollywood is an event (left) that brings diverse neighbors together to enjoy BBQ and to make new connections that may not happen in other settings. If you are hosting a party on your street the new online PBOT application is now live! 
A Neighborhood Farmers Market
The Cully Farmers Market is a place to build community, celebrate diversity, and an incubator for community entrepreneurs to hone their business skills. The Community Table, Youth Booth, and Craft Booth offer low-risk ways to develop budding businesses. Providing affordable neighborhood grown and made products ensures dollars spent go to the neighbors. The market is a project of the  Our 42nd Ave Neighborhood Prosperity Initiative.  
How can Multi-Family Housing Work Better for Residents?
The Better Housing by Design project wants to hear from you at the June open houses Discuss ideas for improving multi-family housing with a range of concepts including new regulations that strengthen requirements for outdoor spaces, like play areas for children and community gardens.
