COME FOR JAIME TIME ON SATURDAY 11 - 2
Our multi-talented Chef Jaime Castelan will again be in front of the store this Saturday, grilling and sampling fish using some of our own sauces and marinades.
     Come for a taste and to garner the wisdom of a master chef! At times it looks like we're holding a party out there, with all people coming to sample Jaime's cooking.
     Jaime and son Jon are available to cook for your outdoor parties this summer and fall - we'll build a menu just for you, for 10 to 100. We also do oyster bars for parties - book early! We cater parties in the northern suburbs as well as the area around Hinsdale.

     In late June we catered a fun event for a family in Wilmette - a combined 40th and 5th birthday party, father and son. Another father and son duo, Burhop's Chef Jaime and his son Jonny, cooked up kebabs, lobster tails, sweet corn and more for a happy crowd of many ages. According to the hostess:
