Louisville Based Kentuckiana Cleanfuel Breaks Ground on First Public CNG Fueling Station in Cincinnati 

October 6th, Kentuckiana Cleanfuel LLC had the groundbreaking ceremony for their their compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling station at 2490 Commerce Boulev ard in Sharonville, Ohio. 
This 24/7 public access station, designed  and built by TruStar Energy of Rancho Cucamonga, California, will be located in a transportation-based industrial park with easy access to the I-75 and I-71 corridors and will also operate as a depot for M&M Cartage Class 8 Freightliner trucks.

This station will be powered by four 250 horsepower ANGI NG300E packages featuring Ohio-made Ariel JGQ/2 natural gas compressors, three dual-pump nozzles and a maximum fast-fill flow of up to fifteen gallons per minute. 

The station has a soft-opening tentatively planned for November 18th, 2016.

Longtime KCFC Board Member, Mick Henderson, elected Chairman of the Renewable Fuels Association (RFA) Board of Directors. Mick Henderson is general manager at Commonwealth Agri-Energy LLC

Henderson's ethanol plant, located in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, produces 35 million gallons of ethanol per year from 12 million bushels of corn. Henderson has been with Commonwealth Agri-Energy since 2003 and has served on the RFA Board of Directors since 2006.
Mayor Claude Christensen, KCFC Board Member, Elected President of KY League of Cities 
  
Mayor Claude Christensen, KCFC Board member and mayor of Sadieville, was elected President of the Kentucky League of Cities. The announcement occurred at the Kentucky League of Cities meeting Thursday night in Lexington, KY.

The Kentucky Clean Fuels Coalition will be hosting a free First Responder Alternative Fuel Vehicle Training seminar October 14th 8:00am - 5:00pm at the Corbin Technology Center. Click Here to Register.
KCFC Membership Meeting - December 7th
  
Join us for the next KCFC membership meeting at Buffalo Trace Distillery. It will be held Wednesday December 7th 9:00am - 12:00pm. After our meeting we will enjoy lunch and a tour of the facility. Registration is free, but required.
