Just built a brand new web site.  This is a dedicated site for Real Estate Photography  and Virtual Tours.

For the past 8 years I have offered Realtors of the Verde Valley Real Estate Photography.  I am happy to announce that I have recently partnered with a Virtual Tour Company so that I may offer you the most up to date technology in virtual tours.  We worked together to calibrate my camera, and I have added a new piece of hardware to ensure that the tours that I do for you are of the highest quality.  I am offering small panoramic views, all the way up to a 360 degree Panoramic or spin.  If you have any questions please let me know.

Please call or email for availability.

Greetings!

Megan & DadIt's been too long since I have taken the time to send out a news letter.  Over the past few months a great deal    has happened.  In August of 2011 I took my oldest daughter Megan, to college.  She is a freshman at Sacramento State and she is on their basketball team.  In December of 2011 my mom lost or won her fight with cancer, depends on how you look at it.  As most of you know, I moved north a few months ago.  I now split my time between Flagstaff and Sedona. I also make 3 or 4 trips a month to the Valley.
I hope this newsletter finds everyone in good health and enjoying life!

Sincerely,

Karl Mullings

Tip Of The Week
Tripod- A Sound Investment.

Visit Rollies in Uptown
My first tripod was a birthday gift from my mom and I had it until 4 years a go.  The tripod that I currently own, I have had for over 16 years.  For landscapes and Real Estate, a tripod is a sound investment.

Things to look for: Make sure that your tripod has a level on it.  Make sure that the tripod head is a three way panning head. That will give you more flexibility when you are trying to get the tripod level.  Check out Rollies In up town Sedona. They have a great selection for the RWC all the way up to the seasoned professional.  By the way, RWC is Realtor With a Camera.

You may also go to my website to see more photos.  Click on the Gallery tab, click on sports and you will see a few more samples there.

The Gallery has just been revamped  with a new look and feel.  The selection of backgrounds are limitless.  I have a multitude to chose from and I am adding more each week.  If there is a special look that you are searching for, please let me know and I will track it down.
